High-Performance Camp June 24-27, 2024

Camp Details...

  • The objective of this camp is to help you develop technical and tactical skills that will give you the confidence needed to take your game to the Next Level

  • June 24-27, at the Las Vegas Ice Center

  • Playing U10 through Pro in the 2024-2025 season regardless of gender or skill level

  • Camp Coaches will be current coaches from the: NCAA, USA Hockey, Hockey Canada, Canadian Junior Hockey, Canadian College, and more

  • Goalies will be split groups of 12 based on age/skill for the on ice sessions

  • 9am to 5pm (a detailed schedule will be emailed in early June)

Camp Details...

  • July 14-16, at Colgate University's Class of 1965 Arena

  • U14 through playing professionally regardless of gender or skill level

  • Capped at 27 goaltenders to ensure you receive ample crease time

  • The goalies will be split into groups based on age/skill

  • 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (a final schedule will be emailed the week before camp)

  • 3:1 or better goalie-to-coach ratio to ensure you receive personalized coaching

The Camp Includes Daily:

  • Technical/tactical sessions so you can develop the skills needed to take your game to the Next Level

  • Technical skating sessions so you can become a powerful and efficient goaltender

  • Video sessions to prepare you visually for the technical/tactical sessions

  • Office strength and conditioning sessions so you can learn to train year-round like a pro

  • Classroom sessions to learn about mindset, nutrition, and more

  • Development of your puck-handling skills so you can be a difference-maker for your team on the breakout

  • All your reps are recorded on an iPad so you can receive immediate on-ice feedback

Your Investment In The Camp Includes:

  • 10 of hours on-ice technical and tactical development

  • 4 hours of off-ice strength and conditioning

  • 4 hours of developing mental toughness and leadership skills

  • 2 hours of video sessions to prepare you visually for the on-ice sessions

  • 2 hours of developing hip, shoulder, and other joint mobility, stability, and felxability

  • 2 hours of other off-ice activities to be decided on closer to camp

  • On ice reps are recorded on an iPad so you can receive immediate on-ice feedback
