Terms & Conditions

Effective Dates: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
Operator: Coach Chris Cobb LLC dba Top Prospects Goaltending

By registering for and/or participating in any ice hockey goaltending camp, clinic, lesson, mentorship, or any other training program in person or virtually operated by Coach Chris Cobb LLC dba Top Prospects Goaltending during calendar year 2026 (“Coaching Programs”), the participant and/or parent or legal guardian (“Registrant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Eligibility & Participation

Programs are open to ice hockey goaltenders who meet the age and skill requirements listed for each Program.

Participants must be physically and medically capable of safely participating in on-ice and off-ice activities.

Coach Chris Cobb LLC, DBA Top Prospects Goaltending reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.


2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in ice hockey and athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Slips, falls, and collisions

Contact with pucks, sticks, boards, nets, or other participants

Equipment malfunction or failure

Serious injury, including concussions, fractures, or other bodily harm

The Registrant voluntarily assumes all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in the Programs.


3. Release of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Registrant releases and agrees to hold harmless:

Coach Chris Cobb LLC, DBA Top Prospects Goaltending

Camp directors, coaches, instructors, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and affiliated facilities

from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Programs, including claims based on negligence.

The Registrant agrees to indemnify and defend the released parties against any claims brought by or on behalf of the participant.


4. Medical Authorization

The Registrant certifies that the participant is in good physical condition and has no medical limitations that would prevent safe participation.

In the event of injury or illness, the Registrant authorizes Program staff to:

Administer basic first aid

Obtain emergency medical treatment when deemed necessary

All medical expenses are the responsibility of the Registrant.


5. Insurance

The Programs do not provide medical, accident, or health insurance coverage.
Participants are responsible for maintaining their own insurance.


6. Equipment & Personal Property

Participants are responsible for providing properly fitted goaltending equipment and any required training apparel.
Coach Chris Cobb LLC, DBA Top Prospects Goaltending is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.


7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Follow all safety rules and instructions

Treat staff and fellow participants with respect

Display appropriate sportsmanship at all times

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.


8. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable.

Missed sessions due to illness, injury, travel delays, or personal scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions. Eceptions can be made on a case by case basis under the sole discretion of Coach Chris Cobb LLC, DBA Top Prospects Goaltending. Coach Chris Cobb LLC, DBA Top Prospects Goaltending reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any Program due to facility availability, low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a credit or refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the Operator.


9. Weather, Scheduling & Facility Changes

Program schedules, locations, and instructors are subject to change.
The Operator is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.


10. Photo & Video Release

The Registrant grants permission for Coach Chris Cobb LLC, DBA Top Prospects Goaltending to use photographs and video recordings of the participant for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including websites and social media, without compensation.

Written notice must be provided prior to participation to opt out.


11. Minor Participants

For participants under the age of 18, the Registrant represents that they are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions on the participant’s behalf.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.


13. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing registration and/or participating in any 2026 Program, the Registrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
