What's Included

  • 2 On Ice Session Per Day: Power Skating, Puck Handling, and Technical and Tactical Stations

  • Off-Ice Strength Training, Speed Work, Mobility, and Flexibility Training

  • Video Sessions

  • Classroom sessions on nutrition, sports performance, and more

Camp Details

  • For goaltenders Ages 10 and older. Goalies will be split into groups based on age/level for the on ice sessions.

  • Limited to 18 goaltenders

  • A goalie to coach ratio of 3:1 or better.

  • Camp Coaches will be current coaches from the: NCAA, USA Hockey, Hockey Canada, and the PWHL.

  • Day Camp: Roughly 9-5pm. A final schedule will be sent out in early July.
