What's Included

  • Daily On Ice Sessions: Power Skating, Puck Handling, and Technical and Tactical Stations

  • Strength Training, Speed Work, and Mobility &

    Flexibility Training

  • Video Sessions

  • Classroom sessions on nutrition, sports performance, and more

  • All on ice reps are recored on an iPad for immediate feedback

Camp Details

  • Held at Gutterson Field House on the University of Vermont Campus

  • For goaltenders ages 10 through playing College in the fall of 2025

  • Goalies will be split into groups based on age/skill level for the on ice sessions

  • A goalie to coach ratio of 3:1 or better

  • Camp Coaches will be current coaches from the NCAA, USA Hockey, Hockey Canada, and Professional Goaltenders

  • Day Camp: Roughly 8-5pm. A final schedule will be emailed in early July
